At The Do Salon we aim to run on time, however we are aware that things can get in the way and both clients or our team can run late. For this reason we offer our clients a 20 minute cut off period from the scheduled booking time before having to reschedule the appointment.
BLOW DRY – LOW FUSS
Our stylists prefer to finish hair with a ‘Do’ dry off so both the client and stylist are able to see what the end result will look like, therefore we offer a complementary blow-dry with all services.
BLOW DRY – HIGH FUSS
We acknowledge that all our clients love a high fuss blow-dry. To provide a high quality service, we request a 45-60 minute service to be able to provide a polished, perfect finish.
The Do offers a complimentary neck trim service as long as it is within 2/3 weeks of your last haircut.
The Do Salon offers complimentary adjustment services within the first week or two after your service. Simply tell us your concerns and we will arrange an appointment for whatever adjustments may be required.
Credit will apply to your next visit for all loyalty referrals. Consultations are free of charge. Our price structure reflects the educational level and practical experience of our stylists and colourists.
We love that our clients book online however our stylists would request that when making your booking for a colour service or any other specialised service (whether it be a low fuss blow-dry or cut), that you make sure to book this in also. That way we can ensure each client receives the appropriate amount of time needed to complete their service.
A $50 deposit is required for all new clients on their first visit. It will be redeemed on the day of the appointment.

– $100 for two hour appointment
– $150 for over a two hour appointment
24 hour notice MUST be given two cancel for a refund OR reschedule the appointment within two weeks and your deposit will still remain.
An SMS text reminder will be sent 48hrs prior to your booking. Please confirm YES or contact us within 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. If a deposit has been paid it will be held for your next booking, or refunded. However, if you don’t provide us with 24 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place and we will happily accommodate them, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot. If you do not wish to pay a booking fee you are more than welcome to try your luck on the day, with whichever therapist is available – but please know that we are unable to allocate a specific therapist or time slot for you in advance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and we will continue to try to keep things fair for all of our guests.
